Website Design Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of website design services by DevNet Technology. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Project Initiation

2.1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate the website design project.

2.2. Work on the project will commence once the deposit has been received and all necessary materials and information have been provided by the client.

3. Ownership and Domain

3.1. Until the full payment of the agreed-upon amount is received, the domain name associated with the website will remain under the ownership and control of DevNet Technology.

3.2. Upon full payment, ownership of the domain and the website will be transferred to the client.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. The remaining balance of the project cost is due upon completion of the website.

4.2. All invoices are due within 30 days from the date of issue. Failure to pay within this period may result in the suspension of services and additional late fees.

4.3. If the project extends beyond the first month after the initial deposit due to delays caused by the client, DevNet Technology reserves the right to continue working on the website, even if the website is not live by the end of the second month. Additional charges may apply for any extra work required due to such delays.

5. Revisions and Changes

5.1. Minor revisions to the website design are included in the project cost. However, any major changes requested by the client after the design has been finalized may incur additional fees.

5.2. Requests for changes must be made in writing and approved by DevNet Technology.

6. Project Completion and Delivery

6.1. Upon completion of the website, the final product will be delivered to the client and the remaining balance will become due.

6.2. If the client delays the completion of the project beyond the agreed timeline, DevNet Technology reserves the right to consider the project complete and invoice the remaining balance.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by the client, any deposits paid are non-refundable.

7.2. DevNet Technology reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to provide the necessary information or materials required for the project, or if the client fails to make the required payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. DevNet Technology is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold DevNet Technology harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of the website.
